To publish your app, click on the "Buy Now" button in the "Publish" section. You will be asked to enter your developer license information for that app. This could be your own iOS and Google Play Developer license information or that of your client depending on your client's preferences for that app. If you have a reseller bundle, one app slot will be deducted from your account. 

Run through the wizard and AppMachine will submit your apps using the developer license credentials you've entered.

iPhone apps will be reviewed by Apple within 8-10 business days.

Android apps will be available in the Google Play Store after 2-3 business days.
