The latest version of AppMachine is now compliant with Google's new publishing requirement and no longer contains alpha channels for Apple apps.
Android API level 26
Our build servers have been upgraded to build Android apps against API level 26. This makes us compliant with Google's new publishing requirement which states that starting August 1, 2018, new apps submitted to the Google Play Store must target at least Android 8.0 (API level 26), and that app updates must meet this same requirement starting November 1, 2018.
Apple app icon alpha channels
The App Store Icon in the asset catalog of the app package no longer contains alpha channels. Apple already required this for app icons uploaded in the apps metadata, but this was not yet checked by Apple during the upload of the binary to the App Store prior to August 2018.
